Parent Teacher Association of Madhava Kripa School organized the Third Session of ‘IGNITE-Young Minds Enrichment Programme’ on 16th December 2017. The workshop on Puberty Education and Hygiene was marked with presence of the Guest Speaker Dr. Shyamala G., Gynecologist & Obstetrician, KMC, Manipal.
The Guest Speaker Dr. Shyamala G., offered a thorough understanding around Puberty Process and Indications to young girls, about their growing stages, and changes they will experience. She also briefed them by what means to handle and take care of themselves in different circumstances and milieu.
Importance of Good Hygiene and how to maintain a good hygiene during puberty was explained effectively by Dr. Shyamala G.
After a light energizing snack … this fantastic interactive session with young girl students of class 5th and 6th, who were present for Puberty Education and Hygiene Workshop had lots of queries, which was responded and elucidated by Dr. Shyamala G.
The girl students were greatly benefited from this wonderful and “a must to do” Program.
